THE BLACK JEWEL SELECTION
Truffle Hunter - White Truffle Honey 120g/4.23oz
Regular price
$9.99
What is White Truffle Acacia Honey?
We start with Acacia honey, made by bees that forage on the nectar of the Robinia pseudoacacia tree. Acacia honey is much slower to crystallise than other varieties of honey, giving it a luxuriously smooth texture. We then blend the honey with the highest quality White Truffle (Tuber Borchii) shavings.
What does it taste like?
Luxuriously smooth texture, with a powerful white truffle aroma. The taste is uniquely sweet & earthy with extraordinary depth from the white truffles.
How should I use it?
This product works equally well for sweet & savoury dishes. Perfect for salad dressings and glazes, or as an accompaniment to cheese and cured meat. We recommend baking white truffle honey & nut biscuits!
Ingredients:
Acacia Honey, White Truffles (T. Borchii), White Truffle flavor.
We offer nationwide shipping and pickup at 2749 Ocean Avenue, Brooklyn. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Contact us for help arranging your order.
