The salting and smoking process of this Smoked Eel is so simple, that it’s incredible how the original flavor was preserved.

The natural oils, nutritions and the great taste remained in the product.

Recommended consuming is one hour after the Smoked Eel was taken out of the fridge, to stabilize its natural condition.

A great source of vitamin A, Potassium, Phosphorus.
As well as Vitamin C, Iron and Calcium.
