Tobigo Caviar

These tiny and bright orange colored eggs are what makes every sushi chef’s must-have condiment -- the Tobiko Caviar.

Unlike other similar caviars, such as the Masago Caviar, Tobiko Caviar’s natural bright orange color is changed by adding some squid ink to turn it to black for a more pronounced appeal.

It is then added to sushi rolls, appetizers and hors d'oeuvres, which adds some lovely crunch to each bite. It has a mildly sweet flavor with a slightly salty overtone.
