The Chilean SeaBass, also known as the Patagonian Toothfish or Antarctic Toothfish, contains high levels of fat that gives it the rich, distinct flavor that it is known for.

Its medium firm meat, once cooked, turns into large, white flakes which melts in your mouth. It has a sweet and smooth taste, which can be upgraded with the right spices and flavorings. Throw in some olives, capers and garlic to give it a bolder taste then simply cook it to your liking.

The Chilean Sea Bass tastes best when grilled, but will also do well when steamed or sauteed.
