Branzini

Also known as the Mediterranean Sea Bass or European Bass, the Branzini is a fish that is native to the European waters. Some dwell in saltwater, while some species live in freshwater or migrate between the two.

This mild-flavored white fish is a widely used seafood in the Italian cuisine, usually roasted whole with lemon, herbs and olive oil. It has a mild salty taste and firm, meaty texture.
